CUSTOM HOME BUILDER
There are two types of houses: a spec house is a cookie cutter design that a developer speculates someone will buy - a design you adapt to. A custom home is one that you design to match your style, your work habits, your tastes, and the other qualities that make you and your family one-of-a-kind. A design that adapts to YOU!
While the difference in cost between your plan and a spec plan may not be as great as you might think, the difference in the quality of your day-to-day life can be dramatic. If you live in a the perfect location but your house is too small or doesn't have the special amenities you desire, consider the idea of transforming it into the home you wish it was. You can add a room, build an addition or totally rework the entire design - inside and out. Though it is not a majority of our business, we do this too. Our customers tend to come back to us for it all - which speaks volumes to our mission statement.
